HOW DO I ORDER

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product catalogue, and click on the items you wish to purchase. You can either click on BUY IT NOW to proceed straight to the shopping cart or click on the product name or image to read more about that product. You can even read Testimonials from other people who have used our products.

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit. Australian customers can also pay by direct deposit to our bank account. The system also allows you to print out an Order Form for mailing if you wish to post a payment with your order. All payments are in Australian currency.

TERMS

At Natural Mobility we pride ourselves on our excellent personal customer service. If you have any queries or questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

If the product is in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. At our busy times this may take a little longer but you will be notified in advance and we promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.

All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified by e-mail and the value of the goods refunded to you.

What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?

We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. However, if there is an unexpected shortage of a particular product we will email you immediately and let you know.

If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will contact you immediately so you may revise your order.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are dispatched within two business days from when you place your order. All customers will receive a courtesy email when their order has been dispatched.

Payment Methods

We offer payment using credit card, PayPal and QOIN. If you wish to pay via QOIN you can call us with your order or go through the Shopping cart to view our QR code. Phone (02) 4988 6015

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation email.

Postage and Handling Costs

We now deliver throughout the World.

Delivery charges within Australia are as follows:

  • Orders under $85 = $10.00 postage
  • Orders over $85 – FREE POSTAGE
  • PLEASE NOTE: If your order is over 3kg an extra shipping charge will apply. We will contact you as soon as we receive your order to let you know what the additional shipping charge will be.
  • FOR ALL ORDERS OVER 3kg SEPARATE POSTAGE CHARGES WILL APPLY

Outside Australia
To minimise the shipping costs to you we will calculate shipping and send you a separate invoice.

Returns Policy

At Natural Mobility we aim to make shopping as easy as possible. However if you are not happy with your goods, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange with you a suitable solution.

All products sourced and sold by Natural Mobility have been manufactured according to Australian Safety Standards.

Security & Privacy

You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom of your browser screen. Once this padlock is displayed all of your details are encrypted to keep them secure by the very latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, which is the industry standard security protocol. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone to decode. Natural Mobility will never request information that is excessive for our purpose, and we try, with your help, to keep any information we hold about you up to date and accurate. We will never at any time give your details to anyone outside Natural Mobility.
